SHIPPING POLICY

Placing Orders

Make sure to verify all your personal, shipping details (delivery address, etc.) prior to completing your order. Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer’s address, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. The Customer is responsible for any mistake entering the information provided to YOU ARE FREE* Projects while processing an order.  YOU ARE FREE* Projects shall not be held responsible for such mistake. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

No exchanges or refunds are offered for YOU ARE FREE* T-Shirts, Notebooks and Note Cards. These products are only sent to production after the Customer has placed an order, also known as Manufacturing on Demand or MoD (hereafter referred to as “MoD Products”). Before placing an order for any of these products, please make sure to review the size chart and/or product dimensions carefully. 

Please keep in mind there are small variations between same products within an order. This is normal due to manufacturing processes. 

PayPal Fee - Please be advised that all purchases of our products made using PayPal as type of payment are subject to PayPal’s fee (within the US is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, and international is 4.4% transaction fee plus a fixed fee based on currency received). Unfortunately, this fee is not refundable in case of any returns or exchanges and is subject to change as per Paypal’s Policy, not YOU ARE FREE* Projects.

SHIPPING

While most of our products are available in-stock, a few of them are only sent to production after the Customer has placed an order (MoD Products).

Please note that shipping and delivery time may vary depending on the product. Some products may be packaged and shipped separately. 

Shipping and delivery costs associated with either in-stock or MoD Products, or a combination of both, will be reflected in the Customer’s shopping cart at checkout. The Customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with purchased products.

YOU ARE FREE* Totes, Pins and Postcards are shipped within the US and internationally. Orders placed by 12 PM (EST) will be shipped the next day as long as all of the products are in stock. For larger quantity orders, please review our Wholesale Policy.

YOU ARE FREE* T-Shirts, Notebooks and Note Cards are produced on demand (MoD Products). We currently only ship these products within the US. YOU ARE FREE* T-Shirts orders of quantities up to 5 will be shipped 2 days after placing an order. YOU ARE FREE* Notebooks and Note Cards orders of quantities up to 5 are shipped 9 days after placing an order. For orders including different MoD products, please add an average of 3 days to the estimated shipping and delivery time. For larger quantity orders, please review our Wholesale Policy.

The Customer is responsible and shall cover all Shipping and Delivery expenses (including but not limited to taxes, duties and shipping costs) and clear customs if and as applicable to the Customer’s order and its delivery. 

The risk of loss of, damage to and title for products pass to the Customer upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be the Customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. In such case YOU ARE FREE* Projects will not make any refunds and will not resend the product. For Users in the European Economic Area the risk of loss of, damage to and title for products will pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the products.

If carrier tracking indicates that a product was lost in transit, the Customer may make a written claim for replacement of (or credit to the Member’s account for) the lost product in compliance with our Return Policy.  

For products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to YOU ARE FREE* Projects investigation and sole discretion. We will make a determination once the claim has been processed. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense. See our Return and Reshipping Policy for further details.

DELIVERY

We currently offer flat rate shipping within the US and International. Tracking is available on all orders, except flat rate Canadian shipments. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

YOU ARE FREE* Totes, Pins and Postcards are delivered to most places in the world. There might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (within the US), and 8-14 business days for delivery internationally depending on the country. For larger quantity orders, please review our Wholesale Policy for more details on delivery time.

YOU ARE FREE* T-Shirts, Notebooks and Note Cards are produced on demand (MoD Products) and are currently only delivered within the US. For YOU ARE FREE* T-Shirts orders of quantities up to 5, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. For YOU ARE FREE* Notebooks and Note Cards orders of quantities up to 5, please allow 10-12 business days for delivery. For larger quantity orders, please review our Wholesale Policy for more details on delivery time.

The Customer shall cover delivery costs. Delivery prices are additional to the product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Flat rate delivery charges are shown at checkout; however, we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.

Some products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. 

Average time for delivery is 3-7 business days (within the US), and 8-14 business days (internationally, depending on the country) for products in-stock. For MoD Products average time for delivery is 2 weeks within the US. This is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. Delivery time estimates are in business days which excludes weekends and holidays. 

All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make product delivery as simple as possible.

Ownership of the products will only pass to the Customer after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges and taxes, and deliver the products to the carrier. 

RETURN POLICY

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to our warehouse facility. Please keep in mind shipments may be returned to us under certain circumstances, such as:

Wrong Address - If the Customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. The Customer may request a reshipment and will be liable for the cost of reshipping the product.

Returned by Customer - Before returning any products to us, please contact us through email at info@youarefreeprojects.com so we can best advise you regarding our Return Policy and the options that may apply to your specific situation. The shipping cost on returned orders must be paid by the Customer.

All exchanges are offered at YOU ARE FREE* Projects discretion. The Customer will be liable for the cost of return and reshipment of any exchanges, and must be paid before products are sent out again. 

Returned products must be in good condition and with no signs of use or damage by the Customer.

YOU ARE FREE* Projects reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
