Wholesale Policy

Please read carefully our Wholesale Policy below. Make sure to also review our Shipping & Returns Policy and our FAQs section. 

Placing Wholesale Orders

Before placing a wholesale order, please note you must provide us with your Seller's Permit or wholesale license, also called a resale ID, wholesale ID, retail ID, reseller's license, state sales tax ID, tax ID, resale number, resale certificate, or vendor's license.

Minimum Wholesale Order

In order to open a wholesale account with YOU ARE FREE* Projects we request a minimum order of 6 items of the same product and size, except for our YOU ARE FREE* Note Card with a minimum order of 3 items (a set of 3), and YOU ARE FREE* Postcard with a minimum order of 50 items (a pack of 50).

Please keep in mind there are small variations between same products within an order. This is normal due to manufacturing processes. 

No exchanges or refunds are offered for YOU ARE FREE* T-Shirts, Notebooks and Note Cards. These products are only sent to production after the Customer has placed an order, also known as Manufacturing on Demand or MoD (hereafter referred to as “MoD Products”). Before placing an order for any of these products, please make sure to review the size chart and/or product dimensions carefully.

Wholesale Shipping & Delivery

While most of our products are available in-stock, a few of them are MoD Products. Some products may be packaged and shipped separately depending on whether they are available in-stock or produced on demand. Please note that shipping and delivery time may vary depending on the product.  

YOU ARE FREE* Totes, Pins and Postcards are shipped within the US and internationally. Please note there might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.  Average time for shipping and delivery is 3-7 business days (within the US), and 8-14 business days (internationally, depending on the country) for products in-stock.

YOU ARE FREE* T-Shirts, Notebooks and Note Cards (MoD Products) are currently only shipped within the US. Average time for shipping and delivery for non-wholesale orders of YOU ARE FREE* T-Shirts is 3-7 business days, and for YOU ARE FREE* Notebooks and Note Cards is 10-12 business days. For wholesale orders of these products, please add 3-6 days per every order of 6 items of the same product and size.

The aforementioned is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. Delivery time estimates are in business days which excludes weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. For more information, please read our Shipping & Returns Policy.
